30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to return
- Email support@xyleniq.co.uk with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions and an address.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 working days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, certain personal care items and opened consumables cannot be returned unless faulty.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015.
